This Cookie Policy explains what Champord ("we", "us", or "our") stores on your device when you use our website at champord.com ("Website") and our mobile applications ("App"). Read it together with our Privacy Policy.

1. In short

We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies on the Website.
The Website keeps only what it needs to work, in your browser's local storage and session storage. This is strictly necessary, so it does not need your consent.
Some third-party services we rely on (sign-in, payments, maps) load only when you use them and may set their own cookies under their own policies.

2. What the Website stores

Cookies are small text files a site places on your device. Local storage and session storage are similar browser features: data kept on your device that only our Website can read. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab.

The Website itself sets no cookies. It stores the following, all strictly necessary:

3. Third-party services

These services are loaded only when you use the feature that needs them. They receive your IP address and may set their own cookies, which we do not control:

Google Sign-In (accounts.google.com): the "Continue with Google" button on the sign-in and sign-up pages. Google Privacy Policy

Paddle (paddle.com): our payment provider and merchant of record, loaded when you open checkout. Paddle Privacy Policy

4. The mobile App

The App does not use cookies. It keeps your sign-in and settings in the device's app storage, and uses:

Firebase Crashlytics (Google): crash reports with the error, stack trace and device model and OS version, so we can fix crashes. It contains no advertising identifiers.
Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google): delivers push notifications you allow.

The App does not use advertising identifiers (IDFA or AAID) and does not track you across other apps or websites.

5. How to manage storage

Sign out to remove your sign-in, subscription status and trip draft from the browser.
Clear site data in your browser settings to remove everything listed above. The Website will then ask you to sign in again.
Your browser lets you block third-party cookies: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. Sign-in with Google or Apple and checkout may then not work.

6. Changes

If we ever add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy and its "Last Updated" date.
